Curtain Call Choreography is a musical theater dance workshop series. Each month, CLT will bring in a guest choreographer to focus on a specific style of dance through the lens of musical theater. Instructors will select a musical to teach one number from, working with participants on learning and refining the specific dance style that the musical number works with.

This month's theme is called
"CHARLESTON!"! 
Taught by Ray Dumont, the class will focus on the Original Broadway Choreography for "We'll Take A Glass Together" from GRAND HOTEL: THE MUSICAL!
Ray has been working in professional theatre for over 30 years, as performer, educator, director, choreographer, and producer. Although his career has taken him all over the country, Maine has always been his home base. He has enjoyed over 20 seasons at Maine State Music Theatre, including four incredible years as Managing Director in the early 2000’s. In January 2024, Ray became the Executive Director of The Public Theatre in Lewiston, which will start its 35th season in October.
He is forever grateful for the support of his amazing family, all of whom reside in Maine, and for the daily encouragement of his partner, Josh. Ray has been a proud member of AEA (Actors’ Equity Association) since 1995.
