Each year hundreds of volunteers heed our call to help with the many tasks in keeping a community theater running. CLT runs on volunteer power and we are always looking to recharge with those who have a passion for the arts and are willing to share their talents. Position Title	Position Description	Seeking
Actors/Singers/Dancers	Needed to produce and perform the outstanding theatrical productions for which Community Little Theatre is known. All performers are volunteers who may have previous experience, or none at all, and will perform under the collaboration of an experienced director and production team. There’s a place for everyone. Five shows are produced each year, which includes 3 musicals and 2 dramas or comedies, and musical revue fund raisers. Auditions are open to everyone. Show Information and audition dates can be found on our website at www.laCLT.com. Rehearsals are held primarily evenings during the week and Sundays for a 6 week period depending on the show and the director.	Adults, Teens, Children
Set Construction/Painting Crew	Needed to help build and paint sets for theater productions. Training available in specific techniques. Saturdays are usually scheduled for this and begins as soon as we can load in.	Adults, Teens
Lighting/Sound Crew	Needed to run our light board and sound board during CLT shows and sometimes other events. Training available. 3 Technical rehearsals (depends on show and director) Thursday preview performance plus 7 performances, mostly weekend evenings and Sunday afternoons.	Adults, Teens
Seamstresses	Needed to sew costumes for CLT theater productions. Ranges from easy sewing to challenging sewing to handwork to cutting to trimming to millenary work. You choose. A Costume Designer will provide you with all the materials needed for the project. Sew at CLT during evening rehearsals or sew at home.	Adults, Teens
Wardrobe Crew	Needed during the run of theatre productions to help change clothes, do hair, backstage organization, costume storage upkeep. Costume Storage Work scheduled days or show work on production evenings and matinees plus 3 technical evening rehearsals.	Adults, Teens
Properties Crew	Needed to gather or make hand properties for theater productions and /or run props backstage during performances. Make/gather during scheduled daytime at theater or your time; run props during weekend evenings and matinees of productions plus 4 technical evening rehearsals.	Adults, Teens
Ushers/Concessionaires	Needed for all CLT performances. Evenings and Sunday afternoons. Distribute programs, direct patrons to reserved seats, sell soft drinks and cookies, sell CLT logo items. Free seats at the performances.	Adults, Mature Teens
Office Help	Needed to help answer phone, make phone calls, filing, prepare mailings, assist with box office duties possible computer work, maintaining website and more. Duties according to skills and interests. Daytime Monday through Friday 9-5. Will Call table and box office for all performances.	Adults
Mailing/Stuffing Crew	Needed to prepare major mailings by stuffing, folding, labeling, sorting etc. during the day (or evening), on a monthly basis.	Adults, Teens
